Strength:

Come with bolts and washers including calliper bolts. Two piece ''floating" rotor design.

Weakness:

Clearly won't suit all brake or fork types. Arrived slightly out of true. Caliper bolts have 4mm Allen heads which are clearly too small for this use.

The rotors seem to function well when compared to comparative rotors. Also they are in real terms cheaper than other rotors as most of the hardware except adaptors come with them.

Strength:

Looks good and feels rigid

Weakness:

Poor braking power even on 203mm

I'm using the 203mm version of these on the front since my hayes disc bent beyond straightening.
I have hayes brakes so I had to take a bit off my inner brake pad since it hit the aluminium spider, no problems there.
Compared to my previous hayes disc that i used with the exaclty same pair of pads, this has about half of the braking power.
Just an example: on tarmac I had to be careful not to get thown over bars with hayes disc in front, but with this i have to squeeze like a madman and use 3 fingers (all that i can fit to my brake lever) to even lift the rear wheel off the ground.
I don't know if it's an compatibility issue between the disc and pads or is this just a powerless disc, because I know the pads are not.

The looks are good, and the aluminium spider makes it feel like it will stay true.

Strength:

Stay true, good stopping power, not getting to hot (in normal XC usage), not generating noise

Weakness:

I didn't experienced any problems with this rotors, but they (160mm, for larger I'm not sure) won't fit all brakes because of spider witch is going to be blocked by pad access (all top mounting pad brakes will work)

This review is based on 160mm F&R rotor with Shimano XT M775 brakes.
For XC use this are great rotors, spider makes them to stay true, no play inside the caliper, and they are not that heavy, around 125g. Best combo for Shimano brakes
Only thing to consider is you have brakes wich will not block 160mm rotors with pad access (you can cut pad access if you want)
