    Strength:

    no squeal, no fade, sexy

    Weakness:

    none

for the past year I've been running a 180 front and rear. I've never noticed any fade during a ride when paired with my shimano m596 brakes, with a mid density compound. I don't run sintered pads, and they haven't eaten through yet. They bite very hard. They were also about $18 each on ebay, so awesome value (genuine rotors, I made sure).

    Strength:

    Light, quiet, effective

    Weakness:

    none observed

I purchased a pair of these (160mm) for use on my Santa Cruz Blur XC Carbon. They had good ratings and were light... and I got them for a good price. They've been trouble free. I'm using them with Magura Marta SL Mag brakes and they've been quiet and stop well on an XC bike ridden for XC type riding.
I'm happy with them and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

    Strength:

Weight, colored rotor with chrome bolts, feel

    Weakness:

    none

I love this rotor. I got one first to try on the front... a 180 and am now ordering one for the rear as well. I have yet to be able to get these rotors to squeak or squeal or make any noise. They have a nice feel where you can tell they are there when you are pulling hard on the brake. They virtually weight nothing and come in cool colors, with really nice chrome mounting bolts. I'm sticking with these!

    Strength:

Very light. Really good braking performance. Reliable. Excellent cooling and cleaning properties.

    Weakness:

Clearly a little finess is needed with a less robust rotor

This is for a pair of rotors 180/160mm run with XT servo brakes.
Light, reliable and consistent performance that exceeds the braking power created with the original XT rotors. They also run cooler on protracted descents and are appreciably lighter. Literally a case of "...less is more". They are a reasonable price as well.

    Strength:

Very light weight, well made at a good price.

    Weakness:

Make a bit of noise, not the usual break howl just that you can hear them "working", probably due to the large number of cut outs in the braking surface.

Performance, weight and price are excellent IMO
