    Strength:

    Climbs brilliantly
    Excellent build quality
    Well specced for price range
Pretty light for semi entry level bike
    Excellent Handling

    Weakness:

Remote lockout issues - Not releasing from lockout - BUT I reckon it has more to do with the Rock Shox fork Did some research and there seems to be problems with the internals

I started riding agai just under a year ago after not riding for around 12years. I climbed on this bike and within a month I was outclimbing all my riding partners that had been riding solidly for 5 years. This resulted in 3 of them buying Sparks. It oozes confidence on the single track downhills it is so smooth and responsive on the climbs I constantly get people commenting that they can't believe I have only been riding for a year and so competitive. It is all in the bike It just makes riding easy and fun DEFINATELY BUY A SPARK and in my humble opinion the 40 is big bang for buck And yes I will buy another one and recommend it to anyone else

    Strength:

great all round bike , light, cool paint job

    Weakness:

    not much suspension

this is a great bike for a cross-country rider but in my opinion it does not have enough suspension for a serious dh rider
