Jamis Fester 2.0 Kids

Jamis Fester 2.0 Kids

DESCRIPTION

Just like the 2.4 version, a lightweight aluminum frame and alloy rims make the Fester 2.0 easier to pedal, which adds to the fun factor and encourages longer riding sessions. A real suspension fork emulates the look of our adult-size Komodo bikes, but it’s fully functional for more comfort and additional control. A simple twist shifter activates the 6-speed drivetrain, letting your youngster ride at a comfortable pedaling pace, whether uphill or down. As always, we use proportionally sized saddles, grips and brake levers for maximum comfort, control and safety.

Strength:

frame and fork although had no shcoks it was strong and weel built. THe frame was a good design and comfortable

Weakness:

Gears are very easily broken and definitly not meant for trails. The gears justbombed on me continuealy and i spent around 150 to fix it a couple of times.

Really not a very nice bike and spent almost half of the money i bought it with just to fix it. If your looking for a suffiecent trail bike this is definetly not a good bike to use. IT has really poor gears and wheels will pop and shred easily on this bike. My gears even got stuck on this bike and i would say it was definetly not a good bike.
