Great way for kids to learn how to balance and ride a bike quickly. Foot pegs make a HUGE difference. My daughter learned on the Mini Glider and now she rides better than kids much older than her.

Strength:

Very effective learning balance bike; safe; good stability because of mountain bike geometry and lower center of balance; easy to adjust seat height; handbrake; foot pegs help child get used to placing feet where pedals are on traditional bike. My 8 year old loves her Go Glider and chooses it over her regular bike, because it's so much fun to glide!

Weakness:

None

I highly recommend Glide Bikes to all parents for a no-tears, no fears way for children to learn balance the right and fun way (without training wheels). The learning process is quick, but the shelf life of the Go Glider is long, because of the fun factor.

Strength:

metal frame, foot rests, hand brake and style

Weakness:

had a seat comfort issue at first but that has been resolved

The Skuut had some wood strength issues which I believe they are addressing. We had one that splintered. So we went with the mini glider because of the metal frame. So far we have been very satisfied.

Strength:

Set-up Easy to use

Weakness:

Short timeframe and interest due to child's learning curve: Although he still does play with it in driveway.

Heading out the door my son could hardly go 3 feet without putting a foot down, crossing up his bar's etc...

Approximately. 1 hr later and he was gliding 20-30 feet a clip with ease.

This makes what used to be a right of passage I.E.(Scraped knee's/elbow's): Into a enjoyable experience that will be with them for a life time.

Great product for anyone looking to teach their child to ride a bike.
