Glifted   Racer [Nov 30, 2009]
Strength:

tough, light, good geo, looks awesome (i have the the 777 version) also no one has them around here, so it turns alot of heads... also it's cheap... like dirt cheap

Weakness:

short length... but i'm 6'4" so that's probably true for me with any DJ frame.

funnest bike i've ever owned... and defiantly my favorite. this is saying alot too because i'm mainly an XC rider. it's easy to jump, and takes a beating. just so much fun! cheap too! It's pretty versatile too. works great for street, dirt, or some light trials... it's even fun in the XC trails (though i wouldn't recommend it if that's what you're planning to do with it.

A very strong and light frame and it is very easy to ride

Weakness:

The jackflash is aan excellent quality jumping/dual salalom frame and well worth the money it might be a little expensive for amature riders but it would be well worth it.

Strength:

crazy attention to detail, perfect welds, super short chainstays, spot on geometry, paint/looks ( mine is all black with white and red lettering), stiffness

Weakness:

nothing. seriously. nothing.

i built this bike up as part of a project for school where i made a mtb movie. that said, i got to spec it with absolutely everything i want (im struggling to think of any worth while upgrades). and because of ppl i know and connections, my entire build was 1000$ ( it would have been significantly more via mail order, everything on the bike is brand new). as far as the ride goes, i can't stress enough that this bike is amazing. its infinitely more capable than i am at the dirt jump trails, its on point for street riding because of the geometry and chain stays (i can hop soo much higher than on my bro's size small kona. it really will make you a better jumper/rider. i dug a dirt quarter and learned inverts in a day! the weight of my bike isn't all that high ( the pimplites save a lot of weight) but if weight is ur concern you could throw an air fork on it and get some light weight parts. why you would do that tho is beyond me because this bike loves abuse! the only part that wasn't my first choice was the 'Zocchi DJ2, its a great fork but i wanted a white argyle 318, that would have saved a bit of weight, but the DJ2 looks better. In the end it doesnt matter though, because i cant imagine a fork that rides better, its perfect for this bike.
bottom line is that this frame will go down in history as one of the most well thought out, durable, good looking and versatile (i hear ppl ride trials on this bad boy) frames ever. too bad they dont make them anymore. i'd buy my brother one if i could.

Strength:

Looks so tight, Nice paint, real, real strong, real stiff. Not all that heavy. WARRANTY

Weakness:

not alot, just watch out: there's so much paint on it the rear drop out was a tight fit first couple of times used. make sure you get that rear wheel in right.

It looks so nice. rides so nice. not many left, as they've stopped production, so get get one quick. Also the warrenty is unbeatable. (sorry if i can't spell)

Strength:

Everything. It's strong, sexy, reasonable weight and everything else, on top of killer geometry at a killer price.

Weakness:

Could have better tire clearance with 24" wheels?

I like it and it. It's so full of hearty goodness that you need to try it to beleive it. So yeah, it's awesome, and that's all you need to know. Too bad they stopped making the JF Classic. A true classic.

Strength:

(MY REVIEW IS FOR THE BOMMER FRAME)
very solid
cool paint jobs
bombproof tubings

Weakness:

the derailleur hanger bent some times but it's not difficult to fix and all bikes do that,(not a real weakness)

I reviewed my frame 1 year ago, so i had the time to upgrade my bike alot. I am surprised about the resistance of the frame, that's the best frame for urban, dual slalom or any hardcore riding. the bommer is certainly not a dh frame but if you like to do some all around riding or anything like that, this is the perfect freind.
