Strength:

really strong. no flex at all. love the short rear end. it works perfectly with my 22-11 ratio. perfectly slammed. its already taken a few drops (5 foot at least) and it felt great.

Weakness:

might be better if it had bmx spacing/14mm dropouts for the rear end to fit some nice bmx hubs. but im not complaining. just makes it more versatile.

GREAT frame. very light and still solid. it has less flex than any bmx i had. its my favorite frame. i dont think it will ever fail on me. im a big guy (6'8" and 200lbs) and i trust it completely. if someones looking for a good frame, this is what they should get.

Strength:

Super short stays-14.4 slammed
Arched seat tube gives supple ride, boxed cs almost vibration free
small wheelbase changes equal large handling differences; tweak!

Weakness:

Same as below: the paint. clear coat fractures (like glass) and a bit too scratch happy. honestly a dirt jump/street bike is gonna see a lot of that, the paint is not going to stay pristine

online you can get it tax free, and i believe its 1300 as of 3-24-10 with this build. Highly recommended, roomy, wafts manuals, spinable, sticks the steepest lines in bowls, and performs decently as a trail bike(one bike budget)

However if you want perfect trail handling, get something with a lower bb- the high bb works great for spins and manuals, but will feel sketchy if you get lazy... or tired

Strength:

This frame is absolutely amazing. It takes a little while to get used to because the chain stays are so short (14.75 in) and then the top tube is extra long to compensate for the stays. To put it into perspective, the chain stays are so short that the seat tube has to be bent to fit the wheel all the way in the slots. There are things on this bike that I was never able to do on my old ones. From doing 360's of off 5 foot drops to just pumping it through a skate park, this bike handles my ever need and is SUPER stiff.

Weakness:

I used to have a trailpimp and the paint used to chip pretty easy. Now, with the trailking there is another coat or 2. For a weakness, that is pretty minimal. It is not how the bike looks but how the rider works the bike.

The atomlab trailking is the most amazing thing I have ever ridden. Being a diehard urban rider, I have in one way or another tested or ridden almost every urban frame out there. I highly recommend it. Even though it may be a little bit expensive, IT IS WORTH IT.

I fully stand behind atomlab and what tey are trying to do with the urban scene. As you can see, I ride a lot of their parts too. Atomlab parts on the atomlab frame defenitely work the best since the frame was designed tof it them but that does not mean that nothing else will work.

Happy riding.
