Strength:

lightweight aluminumb cheap price looks great
sram shifters much better than shimano

Weakness:

rst sus forks not great

whats wrong with a little voo doo
this bike looks good and rides great
i use it as a commuter bike (new orleans is real flat)
so i have not used it for trail riding or anything to extreme. At this price you cant go wrong.unless you are a racer etc its all you need.

Strength:

Same 7005 Aluminum frame as the Topangas and the Response D-back bikes, so this is a great starter bike.

Weakness:

The fork bottoms easily under a 220lb person.

The perfect mountian bike for the beginner on a budget. This frame is a serious mountain bike frame that can be upgraded as the wallet permits. The entry level components seem pretty good for those just starting out. I rode the Sram 3.0 drivetrain around for a little while before throwing the 9.0SL's on, and they worked real well.
