    Strength:

    Strong
    Value
    Runs 24in wheels well

    Weakness:

    Paint is weak
Dropouts don't allow BMX chain tensioners
Sits very high with 26in wheels

Good frame, I really like it, I have had no problems in the 4 year I have had it, paint scratches easy though, and running 26in wheels makes the bottom bracket really high. I run mine with 24in wheels and its awesome.

    Strength:

Weight, Stength, Height and Length, The design is awsum! Very bulky

    Weakness:

I landed hard and my knee dented the frame! But left no crack which is good. Needs to be set up correctly

Excellent frame on a budget price, Im keeping this frame until it dies!

    Strength:

Boxed chain stays(VERY beefy), high BB, light, horizontal dropouts with sliding brake mount

    Weakness:

paint scratches easily, drop outs are hard to use chain tensioner with

I run both 26"s(for the trails) and 24"s(for street and jump) and this bike rocks, the drop outs are a pain because they are set into the frame and makes it nearly impossible to use a bmx style chain tensioner. Other then that I love it! For the price it cant be beat.

    Strength:

lightweight yet strong. A good frame for a beginner, also for the 4x or dual races. FAST and easy to manouvre at high speed

    Weakness:

it does its job, but don't try to build a skill on this bike, 'cuz it defenetly doesn't help you! It's not some frame just like all others. It's longer, and this makes it a little harder to manouver at low speed, and in tricks.

it's a good 1'st frame, or one only for 4X and dual trails. Otherwise, it will be very hard to get the best out of it, and out of yourself. And that could lead to your disappointment.

    Strength:

good geometry, easy to flick around. strong design with ample gussests and tire clearence.

    Weakness:

high bottom bracket makes the bike feel unstable (dual 24" wheels cured the problem however)

good bike for doing whatever you want to do with it.

    Strength:

All of the welds are beautiful, and the geometery is assume for all types of riding park/DS/DH/FR/XC.

    Weakness:

My biggest complaints about mine is the paint job and seatpost size. Very cheap job, there were blotches, and drip dries. I had to sand out the the derailure hanger so it could fit. Plus the Flames are just stickers, and cheap ones at that.
Seatpost took me a week to find. I don't understand why they picked this weird size.

Haven't had a real chance to ride a trail since it is winter. But I have been tearing it up at the skatepark. Can't wait to take this bike out on my local trais for some XC/DJ. I will post how it goes.

    Strength:

    Angles are just right.
    Dropouts are pretty much indestructable.
Sizing are perfect for me. (I'm 5'8" and the 14.5" frame is just right)
    Very strong built.

    Weakness:

The weight of the bike, but not really a big probelm.
The limited colours (lightning, flame) might look attractive, but they are only stickers. Should have been painted.

This frame is very worth the money. You get all the requirements like beefy chainstays, weldings, drop-outs, tubing in a very affortable price. Anyone who wants a hardcore freeride hardtail instead of a boring-old full suspension bike should take notice of DA BOMB instead of other leading brands like Azonic, Kona.

    Strength:

    umm...geometry is great...

    Weakness:

this piece of s**t...i cant believe i spent my money for something this crap...read the following

i cant believe i wasted my money
the disc mount....the thing never can be tightened...i cant use any 4 pot calipers with it or else the thing will go loose and the mount scratches the paint off the frame when it moves....4 pot calipers are too good for this frame..so i m stuck with either hayes or avid mechs....oh...8 inch rotors...dun even think about it....
i was using hope enduro 4..i locked my rear wheel and the tire just starts rubbing the frame since the mount is loose and the wheel just shifted towards the left

oh second problem...the paint...i was scratching the frame to get dirt off....and...the paint came off as well..i mean wtf...why would i pay this kind of money for s**t like this

third problem...the ppl that da bomb finds the weld frames obviously are stupid....i need to hold the frame open so i can insert the rear rim....wtf...cheap labour..

conclusion : this frame isnt worth anything..i m selling it

ok there is a good point about this frame...the geometry is great...easy to manual/wheelie/bunnyhop...i m 5' 7 and riding a 16.5 inch frame..it's kinda big but...more stable i guess...da bomb's frames have awkward size....i tried the 14.5 but my toe hits the front tire when i ride
