All Mountain Rider

Strength:

KONA Quality, shimano XT parts, cool hollow cranks, nice front fork, good group components

Weakness:

seat post is fixed clamp, shimano chain, weird no name bar and stem,

Just bought this as a hold over from 2013. Replacing my 11 year old Coiler. will have to update this review after riding but my last Kona was very nice(2004 Coiler) the ride is plush and feels well balanced, and the old Kona never gave me any problems other than some chain issues(replaced with SRAM).
I expect the kitsune to be a mad player on my local hills.
