Brooklyn Machine Works SR6 All Mountain Full Suspension

The SR6 was designed from the ground up to rule the mountain…all of it. From Whistler’s A-line to the dark forests of Highland Mountain, it’s proven itself to be a flickable freeride chassis that you can still pedal all day. Hand made here in Brooklyn from Aircraft grade 4130, the SR6 has three rear wheel positions to tune your ride to the trail and incorporates our signature floating brake mount to eliminate chatter and brake jack. Combined with 67 degree head tube angle (with a 160mm fork) and tight 16.5" chainstays the SR6 geometry gives sure footed-handling on any trail.

Strength:

Handmade steel, high pivot frame. Awesome freeride bike with 6'' rear travel but feels like more. Feels and rides lighter than it is. No brakejack, no pedal kickback, silent running an just all-round great fun. My go-to bike.

Weakness:

Expensive brand new, BMX style 1 1/8th headtube, finnicky chain/crankset set up. Only comes in one size. Not for XC. Thats it.

My go-to bike, Its great fun to ride, once set up its bomb-proof. I just love this bike.
