Weakness:

Carbon pedals better on XC trails

The Raijin is a raw but tame hardtail for riders of all sorts. It is the kind of frame that allows for a wider variety of riding from long climbs to advanced level descents that might be uncomfortable on a carbon hardtail. The geometry seems to play nicely at all times and the titanium frame, though no substitute for full suspension, rounds off the sharper feedback very nicely. Accordingly it is also a very quiet ride and definitely the most fun I have had on an mountain hardtail.
