Strength:

I have Agonist 01 One in black/red color. It replaced my Giant Anthem 29er. This BMC is some 10-20% faster on fire roads. It climbs extremely well over rocks and roots. When locked it is absolutely rigid and goes almost like a gravel bike. The SRAM XX1 gear with 34 teeth in front and 10 to 50 cassette enables going very fast on flat and also climbs at least so good or maybe better than my previous Shimano 2x11. Vittoria Barzo tires are stable, side slides predictable. Although I turned them to tubeless after my 1st ride got flat. The frame geometry is more nimble than Anthem. The bike is very light. I didn't weigh but they say it is 10.7kg without pedals. Finally I like the supersonic sound of the DT Swiss rear hub.

Weakness:

What I don't like? Not much. Obviously the price was high but I think this bike will stay with me for years. I miss a dropper seatpost which will be on 2019 models.
