Strength:

Solid frame, plush suspension. Pedals very well for its travel. 160mm is awesome! Dropper post is a must upgrade. Tubeless tires is a big plus.

Weakness:

SRAM dropper post is a bit fragile. I have broken two.

I have a 2015 Slash 7 upgraded with Reverb Stealth and Vittoria Goma 2.4 tires. Pedals great for an enduro style bike. No bobbing and good acceleration. This bike eats rough terrain and corners very well. 27.5 wheels do an outstanding job with grip and handling. We will see how long it holds up to abuse.
