Strength:

Feels alive, a true XC bike with a commanding riding position. Climbs like a Klein with the Ti tube set taking the harshness out if the short rear end.

Weakness:

Logos, these started to fall off after 4 rides. This is really ticked me off as I want o show I've made a break and not buying off the peg.

Initially put off by some of the reviews. Seems the testers like nutral boring bikes. It's a very committed platform that takes a while to get used too. That said its a great reat mile munching bike, well built but let down by the logos. It's almost like Lynskey don't want to promote the brand, great shame as its worth shouting about.

Strength:

Acceleration-It feels like it just wants to leap out of your hands. Beautiful design-The welds are excellent. Components-Excellent component group. Customer service-Bought the bike direct from factory, arrived with a frozen link in the chain. They assisted me to resolve the issue very quickly.

Weakness:

Graphics-They rubbed off very easily when placed on the car bike rack. I removed them, it looks very nice without.

I've owned the bike for 4 months, and it has been spot on. I recently owned a 29er, the move to 27.5 has been an improvement. I corner better, and have shown advances in rocky, technical climbs. The only change I plan to make are the tires.

Strength:

Construction material, component group (XT), geometry and price (for titanium.)

Weakness:

Saddle and grips

I'll be brief...this bike more than lives up to it's hype. It's fast, supple, light and strong. It corners like it's on rails and climbs like a scared cat. And I've never been better on downhills than with this bike.

The component group is very good, with the only downsides being the hard saddle and slick grips. I wonder why they weren't as good as the rest of the group.I replaced them with ergo grips and a WTB Pure V.

The feel and performance of titanium is tremendous. This bike absorbs the bumps nicely and it sticks to the trail while climbing and descending. Suffice it to say, this is an outstanding value and the ti frame...like I said earlier, it more than lives up to the hype.

If you ride 26" and are not sure about 29", this bike splits the difference well. It still corners and maneuvers in tight quarters, but it rolls over obstacles and accelerates significantly better than a 26".
