Contour design wraps around shoulders and waist to ergonomically distribute the load and add stability. Padded shoulder straps with sternum strap and a webbing waist belt help distribute the load evenly. Main compartment holds gear while the outside zipper pocket keeps small essentials close at hand. Made from polyurethane for odor- and taste-free water, the bladder collapses flat as you drink for a slosh-free load. Big Bite valve and tube are insulated to keep liquids from freezing. Screw-cap closure on bladder is easy to fill and lets you add ice cubes. Made from abrasion-resistant ripstop nylon and packcloth for long-lasting durability. Two compression straps help stabilize the load.
