Strength:

Bright, really like the side lamps for extra visibility. Standard AA batteries.

Weakness:

Falls out of handlebar clip.

Lamp failed after just 1 year of use. The internal clips busted and the head of the lamp no longer stays on. Going to check what the warranty is all about, otherwise I would not recommend the light to anyone except for the side red flashers.

Strength:

Bright light for the money. Very durable light.

Weakness:

The handlebar mounting bracket does not hold the light on the bar very well.

The light tends to shut off by itself on rough surfaces. The light often falls out of the bracket. It is very difficult to find a black light in the dark when it falls off the bar and shut itself off. I had it happen to me twice on my last ride. I ended up finding some electrical tape to attach it to the bar so I could finish my ride. That light it produces for the money it great. They just need to figure out how to keep it on and attached to the bar.
