quality construction, simple design
strap's a bit to thin or not stiff enough so it folds in the ring
nice, indestructable bag, great for riding around town, a few nice internal pockets for little gadgets (cell phone, pdas, coins/keys...will carry a few 8x11 folders, an ibook, an extra t-shirt and water bottle....when you don't need a huge bag, why carry one?

Lots of options. Carries a lot. Easy to adjust. Water proof. Don't have to take it off to get into it. Just slide it around, and presto! Waxed canvas fades nicely.
When very full, the top flap (female) velcro doesn't mate with the main bodies (male) velcro. This means the buckle straps stick to the velcro and get all frayed. Small gripe. :-) Doesn't stay put sometimes when you see that curb you have to fly. Detachable reflective things are too detachable. Chest strap is either too short or I'm too huge (it's too short).
I really like this bag. Much more so than my larger Timbuk2. I've used it for work, and it doesn't look totally stupid with a suit, and I can carry quite a bit of stuff. In all honesty, I carry it when off the bike more than when I'm riding, but it's a good, bang around bag. I'd change the posistion of the velco thou...

I use this bag almost daily for my 30 mile roundtrip bike commute. I leave clothes and shower stuff at work, but I carry work papers plus wallet, keys, jacket, etc. and lunch in this bag. Don't be fooled by the name PeeWee--this bag holds plenty of stuff unless you're carrying a lot of books or other bulky items.
I wish it had an interior compartment divider instead of one big compartment.
Get the shoulder strap pad with the bag (it's extra but worth it). The (included) waist stabilizing strap works great and makes this bag superior to any regular backpack or plain shoulder bag. You can custom design your own bag at the manufacturer's website www.timbuk2.com. After a year of hard use it shows no wear whatsoever. Great bag!
