Size, it is perfect for what I want to carry and prefer the tall over wide format

Zippers. Strap holders

I should say I use tghis on my cross bike not mtn bike. I am on my 3rd and last bag. 1st one the main zipper only operated in 1 direction after a couple seasons which is better than #2 . Same zipper issue and the plastic strap holder cracked (no idea how) both after using maybe 15 times at most.Appears to be lower quality than 1st bag but that is speculation only. Will use 3rd bag for now and check with local company to see if they can make something same size but better construction as I really love the bag size and layout and everything else this size seems to be more horizontal or much larger. May even try to make one out of leather. I would never consider using this bag on a mtn bike on technical trails.
