Strengths:
Easy to us and mount to hitch. Purchased locking system which is simple to use and hides with in the rack. Very solid when mounted (rack does not move). Excellent value for the price.
Weaknesses:
Bikes can move on the rails, haven't found a solution just yet. Locks are a deterent only, could easily be broken off.

Bottom Line:
This review is for the Double Down 2 (4 bikes). Suggest along with the locking system you use a cable lock (like Kryptonite brand) for extra security. When carrying 4 bikes I use pieces of garden hose placed on the rear A frame of the bike to prevent scratches. Otherwise, the rack does a great job, and folds away (which my older ROC4 did not) to prevent someone hitting the rack.
