    Weaknesses:None so far
Bottom Line:Voler's shorts are top drawer - well made, good fabric, comfortable fit. They're available in eight colors, as well. Their Cantara pad is probably the best I've tried so far. They look like they'll last forever.

    Strengths:Great value, nice fabric.
Weaknesses:Pad might not fit you just right.

Bottom Line:These are great shorts and I've had no problem with durability. I wear them a couple times a week and toss them in the washing machine after every ride. They are still holding up great. My only minor complaint is that the pad doesn't fit my body as well as the PI Microsensor, so they wouldn't be a good choice for a century ride. I have worn them on several 40-60 mile rides without any problem.

Strengths:Great fit, comfortable padding, good quality.
    Weaknesses:None

Bottom Line:My first bibs and all I can say is wow! No more baggy diaper feeling like regular shorts. The voler bibs fit snug and have great support. I'm a stocky type and never could get regular shorts to stay up. When walking I'm barely aware that I'm wearing padded shorts. BTW there has been no problem wearing these bibs when its time for a pitstop. I recommend these for everyone especially those with a little bit of extra in the middle like me. No more waist band diggin in and they give good support I only whish it hadn't taken me so long to try them.

    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $70.00
    Purchased At:velowear.com
    Strengths:8 oz. fabric, great pad
Weaknesses:bad leg openings, seams are not flat
    Similar Products Used:Pearl Izumi, Giordana
Bottom Line:I kept hearing what a great value Voler Shorts were, so I tried a pair. After two months of moderate wear and careful care the leg openings were shot - not enough elasticity in the elastic to keep 'em in place, now they ride up like crazy. So for one month they were a good value, now they are disappointing pair of winter shorts. I have a few bibs that I've owned for more than a year, that cost a bit more, that are still in great shape.

Bottom line: they may be a bit less expensive, but if they only last 2 months, what's the point?
