Submitted by Derek Gruending a from Quesnel BC Canada
Date Reviewed: August 3, 2005
Favorite Trail:anything urban
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $130.00
Purchased At:Keens Sports
Strengths:Sleek look, strong bashguard.
Weaknesses:Not trials specific.
Similar Products Used:Truvitv is the only cranks I've ever used on my bikes.
Bike Setup:2004 Norco Evolve, Mavic EX721 rims laced to XT hubs, truvativ bar, stem, bb, and cranks, axiom seatpost, Magura HS-33 rear brake, Hayes HFX 9 front with 6 inch rotor.....
Bottom Line:Awesome crank, I've only ever trusted Truvativ cranks on my bikes since 2001, I've never had a problem with any of them. Being a trials rider I'm quite tough on my bike, and these cranks have taken a major beating since buying them. Just bought a new set after 2 years of terrorizing my last set. Awesome cranks none the less.

Strengths:has really firm feeling when dirt jumping
Weaknesses:single speed (but it makes you a stonger rider)
Similar Products Used:bontrager single speed cranks
Bike Setup:manitou axel front shock, magura hydrolic rim brakes, can't do disc it just isn't very trial ish for a bike thodse brakes where made for that reason
Bottom Line:the cranks kick ass ecspecially with my isis bb..... that duo is vertually indestructable........ very light for the performance you get from them
