Strengths:
solid bottom bracket for a about a year, gives a wider stance, feels nice to ride
Weaknesses:
only good for about a year, mine still works after a year and 3 months but it crunches when I pedal
Good for a bout a year, i would recommend getting the one with bigger bearings because I think one of my bearing smashed hence the crunching noise, other than thats its an ok product.
