    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Strengths:Ummm...worked for six months?
    Weaknesses:Bad seals, corroded
    Similar Products Used:FSA Platinum Pro
Bike Setup:2005 Jamis Dakar XC Comp w/truvativ cranks
Bottom Line:This thing was fine until I rode a race when it rained 7 inches in one day. One week later my bottom bracket had major play. The seals did not work and the bearing corroded and crushed because they were too small to begin with.

    Favorite Trail:Turkey Mountain
Duration Product Used:Tested or demo'ed only
    Price Paid: $19.00
    Purchased At:JensonUSA
Strengths:Contact seals look impressive... we'll see if they work. Bought as OE takeoff so the price can't be beat.
Weaknesses:Needs unusual installation tool, see below
    Similar Products Used:Shimano square tapers
Bike Setup:Planet X Jack Flash converted for trail use, Hussefelt 22/32/BashGuard, X.0 shifters & derailleur, Avid mechs with SpeedDial Ti levers, Reba, Chris King, Thompson, SAAGO stem
Bottom Line:I just installed this tonight, full review to come. I wanted to warn everyone that the normal Shimano/ISIS BB tool does not work on Truvativ brackets. This is basically an old XTR/Ultegra BB tool, circa 98-99 with 8 teeth. PricePoint does a good job of informing you of this. Jenson does not and most shops will have this tool for their use, but probably don't sell it for home use. What you will need is the shimano TL-UN95, the Park BBT-8 or the Sette equivalent from PricePoint.

    Favorite Trail:The next one...
    Duration Product Used:1 Year
    Price Paid: $52.00
    Purchased At:Universal Cycles
    Strengths:None
Weaknesses:Has seizure problems since the initial install.
    Similar Products Used:Race Face, Shimano
Bike Setup:Kona Stinky P, Super-T, Atomlab Trailpimps (26", 24"), Arrow tires, Hayes 8ers, Sram X.0, RaceFace this and that, and Azonic pedals & handlebar
Bottom Line:Accidently got this DH LT instead of the Team DH that I ordered. Didn't even realize until I took it out today because it is ruined. May have 3 bearings but the seals are a joke. Crap gets in there and then it is a matter of time before it is ruined. Lasted almost a year, but I am only a 155 lbs dude.. My opinion is skip this model and opt for the GigaPipe Team DH model. And always check your parts if you mail-order them to make sure you get what you actually paid for!!
