Submitted by oldman54 a Downhiller from Calgary, AB, Canada
Date Reviewed: May 25, 2009
Favorite Trail:Whistler, B.C.
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $5500.00
Purchased At:Cyclepath Bike Shop
Strengths:Light, fast downhill bike with excellent brakes.

Jumps like a kangaroo.
Weaknesses:High price
Similar Products Used:Kona Stinky Primo is the closest bike I have ridden to this one.
Bike Setup:Freeride
Bottom Line:The bike is disgustingly fast since there is no brake jack so you can hit the turns hard, brake with control and shoot thru.

I'm not a big fan of tight, technical trails but on this bike had no problem negotiating them and actually enjoyed them. This might be explained by the bike's lighter weight which allowed it to be shifter around easily.

Took a few runs but after the suspension was dialed in jumps became a shear joy. The suspension feels bottomless.
