$10.00 | | Strengths: | Price, Scan function | | Weaknesses: | Slow update. No Max Speed | | Similar Products Used: | Cateye Mitty 2 | | Bike Setup: | MTB all the fruit | | Bottom Line: | Good cheap computer. Can pop off the mounts in really rough riding. No Max speed is a bummer. It really is about as basic a they come. I just use it to keep a log and for that it is OK but if you actually use your computer when you are riding I would look elsewhere. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

from Fall River, MA Date Reviewed: July 14, 1999 | | Favorite Trail: | Freetown State Forest | | Duration Product Used: | less than 1 month | | Strengths: | Price, ease of use, SCAN feature that cycles through the 4 secondary options on the bottom display. Good installation kit, like rubber pads if the mount is too large for your handle bars. Totally seperate, always displayed bar graph for avg. speed. | | Weaknesses: | Long update time for the speed display. Manual could be better. | | Bike Setup: | MTB hardtail, shimano brakes, gripshift. | | Bottom Line: | This thing isn't half bad, specially since there wasn't anything near it's price range at the store. Manual could be better, which makes installation tricky, until you get it and you go OHHH!! and install it in five seconds. | Overall Rating: |
