Strengths:
Very easy to clip in
Mechanism works in dirty conditions too
Look good
Steel bars in the mechanism will likely last long
3 step tension adjustment (the lowest one is good for me)
The carbon body seems to be less scuffed by rock strikes, than softer composites
Weaknesses:
None found
(OK, not as light as Eggbeaters, if you care about such things)

Bottom Line:
Time's ATAC pedals are a proven product, I've used a pair for 3 years and thought I had the best... Enter the new bike and the ROC ATAC pair that I bought out of curiosity. WOW!
The shape of the pedal body guides the shoe into the mechanism, making entry even easier than with my old ATACs. Exit is easy and positive as expected. The mechanism - the aluminum(?) bar - on the old ATACs seems to develop some slop over time, but ROC pedals have steel bars which, apparently, stay straight for longer on even older Time models.
This is a great pedal and the prices I've seen are quite reasonable for a quality product.
If you are looking for clipless pedals, and are not a serious weight weenie, consider these.
