Description:We've always wanted a sled that allowed us to cruise sweet single-track but when the trail turns nasty, we've got all the travel we need. Enter the Solution! We applied over 25 yrs of experience, craftsmanship and ingenuity to develop this highly crafted and meticulous detailed machine. Form meets function and the Solution comes set up with 5 inches of front and rear suspension. By mating a steel front triangle to and aluminum swing arm you get the resilence of steel and the stiffness of aluminum. The integrated concentric bottom bracket design pivoting the rear triangle around the bottom bracket via a set of bombproof needle bearings is the heart of the Solution. All of this without any restrictions on the bottom bracket! The frame comes standard with a 6.5" Fox shock but is designed to accommodate ANY standard 6.5" rear shock.

Average frame weight is ~3 1/2lbs

    Favorite Trail:Fells
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $2800.00
    Purchased At:Ted's website
Strengths:It attacks singletrack better than I thought it would
    Weaknesses:Haven't found any
Similar Products Used:This is my first full suspension.
    Bike Setup:XT/Fox Talas
Bottom Line:I've been riding XC since the 80's. I have been reluctant to jump on the FS bandwagon but I have a couple of Ted's and it seemed like a logical choice.

Other than getting used to a few more pounds to haul around this thing eats up NE singletrack like you read about.

I paid $2800 for the frame with a fork and headset. I thought I could put together a group/kit at an online store and Ted said he could meet or beat any online store for the group, so I went with TWCB for the whole bike.
