Weaknesses:weight, but who cares, its DH...supposed to be heavy, dont want a little 200g rim on your bike! kind of a pain in the ass to change tubes, but thats all part of the DH game...dont want to lose your tire

Submitted by Fred Harrison a Downhiller from Canoga Park, CA, USA
    Date Reviewed: February 21, 2001
    Favorite Trail:west ridge, SnowSummit, CA
    Duration Product Used:1 Year
    Price Paid: $500.00
Purchased At:Universal Cycles, Studio City, CA
Strengths:Super strong wheelset, 46mm wide rims, hubs are top notch.
Weaknesses:A little on the heavy side, tires are to mount cause of size of rims. Powder coating easyly scratches.
Similar Products Used:Many types of wide DH rims and grip lodes of hubs.
Bike Setup:Bump APblaster hard tail freeride bike, azonic, easton, nothing to lite weight.
Bottom Line:The bottom line is that if looking for a set wheels that will stand up to anything you put in front of them. I had them for almost a year, I raced on them, I have freeriding on them, hell I even smacked a log on one ride and I have never had to true them yet.

If your a flat landing, no limit rider than these wheels are for you. You can even get them in standard quick release or 20 mm axle in the front and in back comes standard or 12 mm bolt through axle. make it great if you have an Intense or Straight eight from the big S company.
