Date Reviewed: September 12, 2003
Duration Product Used:6 months
Strengths:cheap? wouldn't know, got with the bike
Weaknesses:apart from the rear one braking @1500km, and the rear one braking at 2800km, they were fine. at the end they were a little loose.
Similar Products Used:sram half-pipe 5.0
Bike Setup:giant boulder '02
Bottom Line:as far as my opinion - if You want new shifters - do not take this model. lowest class, lowest quality. it a shifter brakes without cause (I've used and cared about it), then just leave 'em. 5.0 works for twice that long, without being loose. being more precise. and works, and works, and works. they were 10% more expensive, then 3.0.
