Date Reviewed: March 28, 2004
Favorite Trail:My backyard
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $30.00
Purchased At:Pump 'n' pedals
Strengths:Rolls smooth over dirt and has alot of surface area, doesn't pinch as much as i thought for a slim tire
Weaknesses:Wears very quick and can get costly
Similar Products Used:Nil, spankys and holy rollers
Bike Setup:Tj lavin 100% 4130 frame and forks, no-oval headtube, 3D dropouts, tubular 3 peice crank, Big city Sun rims
Bottom Line:perfect for the trails and very smooth and quick riding, perfect if you've got the money to replace your tread every few months.

Date Reviewed: July 7, 2002
Favorite Trail:Haywards Heath trails
Duration Product Used:6 months
Purchased At:Evans, where I work
Strengths:Good fast rolling on dirt and street Ideal for Dirt jumping if u want something a little bit smaller (on the rear) This tyre also impressed me due to the lack of pinch flats that I expected to get for such a slim tyre... BUT...
Weaknesses:I dont know if its only that I run one rear V, but this tyre seems to wear out quite quickly although I dont hardly ever skid
Similar Products Used:Specialized tires on me BMX they were quite good but also wore out fast whereas my Evil twin HC has lasted for I dont know how long! I Love that tyre!
Bike Setup:Dmr Rhythm, Z2 bams (75mm) Wingbars, Fishbone stem, Dmr 3 peice cranks and one rear Magura disc-No gears
Bottom Line:Decent tire.. ought to make them in a bigger size and out of harder rubber for longer wear and tear, but Ideal for trails.
Value Rating:3Overall Rating:5
