Favorite Trail:Findley St. Park
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $80.00
Purchased At:Eddy's Bike Shop
Strengths:Affordable, Durable
Weaknesses:Not good to walk in for long distances.
Similar Products Used:None
Bottom Line:These shoes are very cute and affordable especially for the first time racer. The material is fast drying and these shoes wash up very nicely. Was a little hesitant about the 3 velcro straps however they have not lost their stickyness! I also liked the fact that they have a lot of mesh so when you are racing your feet keep alot cooler in the hot summer months!

Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $79.00
Purchased At:Specialized Website
Strengths:tight construction, durable leather, easy to clean, good airflow for hot days.
Weaknesses:None that I know of... maybe a little difficult to walk long distances, but really they are made for that. Not winter shoes, but that isn't a weakness. Some of the black you see is mesh so on cold days your toes will freeze.

Bike Setup:2005 Trek 6500 15.5 inch non disc brakes
Bottom Line:I LOVE these shoes. They are stylish and add a bit of Flare for those of us that don't wear the crazy color jerseys. My boss is from Texas and so I thought I would add my own texas flare to my shoes. Nice for hot days, since the mesh is alternated with the leather on the top and sides. Although i would caution against going through puddles or creeks. I was soaked when i tried to go through a creek with about 12 in of water... they just filled right up. That was my fault though... :-)
