Forget men's gloves - find some made for women. It makes a big difference in the fit and comfort. There aren't many women specific mountain bike gloves out there but these are great. Some reviewers of the men's version complained about the ribbing coming off but I've machine washed them about 25 times and they look good as new. Reasonably cool for a full glove.
