I took from one SPECIALIZED ENDURO and put in one KHS TANDEM ALITE with one AVIB bb7 mechanic.Works perfect and great visual!
Weaknesses:
nothing to declare.

Bike Setup:
first original part from one SPECIALIZED ENDURO then in one KHS TANDEM ALITE with AVID BB7 caliper and Shimano rt-75 (170mm) with FOX Float r fork, Shimano Deore LX/xt drivetrain, Truvativ crankset.Shimano deore 36 holes front hub and Shimano specific tandem hub whith HUGI disk adapter with Shimano 170 mm disk.
Bottom Line:
I change the V-Brakes for disks in one frame without adapter for rear disk and the braking performance becames better a lot. Thanks for the SPECILIZED engineers!!! I think people ho have very nice frames without disk brake adapter and want to feel disk brakes should buy it.

Easy to Fit, and Fits some other Specialized Bikes not Mentioned. Fits my 00' P.3 Nicely although I had to Use a Front IS Adapter Instead of a Rear as The Caliper wasnt inline with the 160mm Rotor

Strengths:
Works pretty well, no flex to speak of
Weaknesses:
With my Shimano XT 755 calipers I couldn't use either the 160mm or 203mm rotors. Just so happened that a Grimeca System 8 180mm rotor fit perfectly though!
Similar Products Used:
none.
Bike Setup:
Santa Cruz Tazmon, with no disk mounts.
Bottom Line:
Allowed me to use disk brakes on the rear of my otherwise diskless bike. Works as advertised.

Strengths:
its the only way to get discs on 99-00 FSRs besides the dangerous aftermarket stuff.
Weaknesses:
i used all the wavy washers but the rotor still scraches the suspension joint bolt. it'll be nice if they have post mount version, so i dont have to use double adaptors

Bike Setup:
99 fsr enduro sport
Bottom Line:
get it if you have i bike that needs it, don't if you don't(kinda pointless, why get something you dont need)

Strengths:
Does what it says on the tin (allows you to fit rear disks),
Weaknesses:
a bit dificult to set up straight with lots of washers and packers
Bike Setup:
specialized A1 fsr comp, bombers, hydrolic disks, uprated shock, Race face stem, bars and bits.
Bottom Line:
does the job although a welded mount would be nice.
