Diffucult to install for anyone who keeps their seat at the lowest level

Bike Setup:
Specialized hardrock, approx. year model '97, just purchased, planning to upgrade later
Bottom Line:
Neat little bag for storing a few supplies in a convenient location. My small one was roomy enough to hold a soda can going from my house to mom's for dinner. In my opinion the generic brand is a better value pricewise, but some might feel the brand name version guarantees longer life.
