Favorite Trail:
Europe
Duration Product Used:
Less than 1 month
Price Paid:
$50.00
Purchased At:
Some Peugeot shop in Grenoble.
Strengths:
Looks nice, and it's a bit easier to pump than those minis. The cord is this pump's biggest advantage.
Weaknesses:
All plastic construction, what?! Rubber bands to secure the pump to my frame? (Both snapped within a week.) The cord is way too short, and the part that attaches to the valve is extremely bulky, due mostly to the pressure gauge included ON the pump head.
Similar Products Used:
Generic minis, frame pumps, and (by far the best) the mini Foot Pump, made by bikers dream. (Germany)
Bike Setup:
Trek 520 touring; I'm in the middle of a 4 month european tour at the moment.
Bottom Line:
Save your money.

Strengths:
Gauge, possible easier than mini pump, cheap
Weaknesses:
Heavy long not real easy to use. O ring slipped and had to repair it later at home thought it broke.
Similar Products Used:
Black Burn, Specialized.
Bottom Line:
I thought I'd review it again as it failed on me when the o ring slipped at about 80 psi out on the road, thought it was broke for good on about my 6th use of this pump. Pushed back the o ring that had slipped and appears to be working for now. So much for German engineering.

Strengths:
The morph feature is nice and it is shorter than the Topek model. Nice gage.
Weaknesses:
Band strap to hook on frame will one day break will I notice the pump falling on the trail? Not nearly as easy to use as a floor pump.
Similar Products Used:
Blackburn and Specialized mini pumps. Standard generic floor pumps.
Bike Setup:
Custom buildup over an old frame.
Bottom Line:
Not a bad pump I've only used it once and can see that this is no replacement for my floor pump. Could have a better strap to mount it to the frame, but this rubber band deal seems to be the norm on several pumps. I am very curious on how this compares with the Topeak Morph. It is shorter so it should fit in ones Camelbak much easier, I believe it is slightly heaver than the Topeak. Better than a mini but not as good as a floor. I will do a follow up review when I get more use out of it.
