The Alivio lever (M420) is aluminum all over, is light, stiff, quiet, and is shaped right. I use these levers with LX vees. These levers rock. They are less bulky than LX yet they're far less expensive than XT. I really like them and with the reach adjuster they can fit about anybody's hands. Plus they work fine with GripShift. The only bad thing is that they rattle ever so slightly on bumpy downhills. | | Overall Rating: |
