The ST-107 can also be used to install press-fit bottom brackets. The Torx ST-107 is constructed of nickel-plated, heat-treated steel making it very durable. Strengths:
Gets the job done...for a while.
Weaknesses:
The construction is not great. You have to hold the opposite end of the steel rod firmly in place as you twist the handle for majority of the installation. The threaded rod became stripped breaking off a part of the steel press-plate on a routine cup installation. The tool has become useless, and it's too expensive to warranty. The shipping alone is half the price of the tool itself.
