from norway Date Reviewed: December 14, 1998 | | Bottom Line: | I bought the Flite Evo 2 this spring and I'm not satisfied. I should add that i bought the one with carbon rails. I used to ride the flite evo 1 with massive Ti rails and was very satisfied with it, but the new Evo 2 isn't too good: 2 problems:1. The shell broke with just a minor inpact and was impossible to ride afterwards. I.e the shell is too thin and not strong enough. 2. Got a new saddle and The rubber damper in the nose loosened and fell out during a ride. But the good part is that it is very comfortable, and above all LIGHT !! If it didn't break it would be 2 thumbs up...but it does breake...Too bad. | Overall Rating: |
