$350.00 | | Purchased At: | Cajees Cycle Corner | | Strengths: | Balance and nimbleness. The standard components (XS crank and sealed hubs) are excellent. | | Weaknesses: | Horrid pedals - they are small and your feet slip off them and the moulded pins break off. The freewheel on mine make a noise (as though there was dirt in) but still performed well. Some of the decals pealed off after the first wash. | | Similar Products Used: | Trek TI24, Haro TR 24 | | Bike Setup: | Fitted Mosh alloy pedals with replacable pins - really nice! Fitted taller handlebars (I found it easier to lift the front over jumps). Fitted a 'spider' to make changing of the chainwheel easier for different gear ratios. | | Bottom Line: | The superior components make this bike a better buy than others with a similar price tag. Many bikes come with cheap pedals as this is usually a very personal thing and most riders will change these anyway. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
