Submitted by Fat Kid a Weekend Warrior from Podunk, MT
    Date Reviewed: November 3, 2003
Favorite Trail:from the school to the gazette
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $1250.00
    Purchased At:some dude's house
Strengths:Bashable, monster-truckable, moron tested and super hero approved. Midget sizes available.
Weaknesses:Who wants some chain pull? Fox Vanilla RC is the beign of my existence, and man does this thing ever suck to get into the back of a little pickup with a topper.
Similar Products Used:Ridden by me doesn't mean used, but I guess Giant Team DH, Bullit, V10, Big $hit, Joker, Stinky, DH Mono, etc.
Bike Setup:Boxxer World cup, 7 speed XT thumb shifter, Purple Hayes, double wides, etc.
Bottom Line:This is my first fully, and let me tell you, it is fully. Very hard to trials on, and not a very good commuter, but if you want to coast down a bumpy-assed mountain at mach-flippy, this is going to let you. V10 and Giant DH will let you pedal at the same time, but they're spendy. Single pivots are an old design full of flaws and pedal bob and brake jack and blah blah blah.., but this bike is built like mining equipment and man does it scare people who don't know anything about bikes. Buy one. It's the original BIG BIKE.

    Date Reviewed: September 23, 2003
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $1600.00
    Purchased At:Used, Private
Strengths:This bike is an amazingly strong DH/ FR BEAST. It will eat up anything in its path and it destroys all big drops. Its pretty heavy but so are all DH bikes
    Weaknesses:Weight(but not really)
Similar Products Used:Rocky Mountain RM7, Cannondale Gemini, Kona Stinky
    Bike Setup:Fork: Monster T
    Rims: Sun Double Wide
    Tires: Nokian Gazzaloddi 2.6
    Derailer: Deore XT
Brakes: Hayes HFX Mag 8 Inch
    Cranks: Race Face
Bottom Line:This bike is an awesome value especially at the price i got it for. The guy was stupid to let it go for such a steal. I love it. it is perfect for freeride and downhill it conquers 10 sets and such and is very plush. BUY IT.

    Favorite Trail:Keystone Cowboy Up
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $5100.00
Strengths:A very strong, and bomb proof build. Not to much break jack. A very simple and reliable design. Very fogiving.
Weaknesses:A little heavy for racing, but if you need a forgiving bike, or if your a crummy rider (me) its perfect.
    Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:shiver, 24" double wide with 26" mammoth everything else is stock build kit.
Bottom Line:this bike is a perfect first time bike. Its my first downhill bike and i love it. Its a little heavy for racing, but for freeriding and jumping drops ECT. its just right. 8 inches is all you need to get started. a great value.
