Submitted by Kenny a Weekend Warrior from Winnipeg
Date Reviewed: October 6, 2002
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $475.00
Purchased At:Olympia
Strengths:Good frame, light, durable, nimble.
Weaknesses:Rims are a little weak and the fork is so-so, not the best brakes either but are decent.
Similar Products Used:Kona Hahanna, Kona Chute, Norco Bigfoot.
Bike Setup:For XC and light freeriding/trials: Sun Rhyno Lights, Stx-RC V-brakes, Race Face Bashguard, Amoeba Riser Bar, Tioga Factory Dh, Deore Rear Shifter, Platform Pedals.
Bottom Line:I am very happy with this bike! Bought it as a XC bike, then got into doing some urban riding and this bike has held up great, the frame has proved to be nice and strong. The brakes were a little weak for some trials fun, and the back rim needed to be replaced but it wasn't ment for doing drops. And if I hit the trails and there's an uphill it's light enough that I can power up. Awesome!!!
