Strengths:Great suspension design! Aggressive frame, fork and rear shock.
Weaknesses:SRAM X.5 shifters, WTB tires.
Similar Products Used:Specialized Enduro, Epic and Rocky RM-7.
Bike Setup:Upgraded the shifters to X.9 and the headset to a Chris King. Wheels/ tires will be next upgrade.
Bottom Line:This is a great bike. Of all the mountain bikes I've owned, this is the best all mountain/ extreme cross country I've ridden.

Favorite Trail:Sjt
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $1800.00
Purchased At:On line
Strengths:If left stock can be used for enduro racing or 24 hr races. Frame is very versatile and can take a series of upgrades tjat you want. The rear tire is stuck to the ground if you want it and up in tje air when you make it! The plain white color is just better than those 2 tone ones.
Weaknesses:Probably the stock components of the 30 is a tad bit expensive.
Similar Products Used:Yeti 575, slayer sxc 90, norco fluid lt1,
Bike Setup:Rockshox totem coil fork with firm spring, fox van r rear shock, e13 lg1, e13 34t ring, sram x9 drive train, shimano slx crank set, woodman saturn headset, crank brothers mallet, sunline v1 handlebar, thomson x4 50mm stem, wtb dual duty rims maxxis high roller tires.
Bottom Line:The slayer sxc line is really a good line of bikes! RMB has designed a very reliable machine. It climbs very well (specially stock) and goes downhill with ease and with confidence.

If you're looking for a bike that will give you confidence, if you're
Looking to goa little up then go down with a mix of freeride, if you're looking for a botique bike thats not so botique in price then the slayer sxc30 is for you my friend!!!
