    Strengths:very smooth
    Weaknesses:hard to troubleshoot
takes a long time to break in and its problem after problem with it

    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $450.00
    Purchased At:The Fix Bikes.com
    Strengths:Solid, nice through axle.
Weaknesses:Lockout... had mine for 3 months, no "hard core use" and it developed a click at about 25mm of travel, read online about the coil shim moving out of place causing a click. Had the LBS check it out and they had to call Rock Shox and they said the lockout was busted. They are overnighting a new lockout but still shouldn't have broke since I haven't even touched the adjustments since having it installed (professionally at a bike shop)
Similar Products Used:Jamis Komodo 1.0 stock fork with 100mm of travel. Was ok, crappy axle. Rock Shox XC forks with a lockout that works.
Bike Setup:Transition bikes Vagrant hard tail with the single speed build and 36mm wheels and maxxis holy rollers.
Bottom Line:Good fork, good experience with customer service. Broke and shouldn't have so can't 100% recommend.

    Strengths:Everything, feels great.
Weaknesses:Nothing, and people stop complaining about the rebound adjuster, just take it out.
Similar Products Used:Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 1, Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 3

Bottom Line:Great street/park/dirt jump fork, really stiff. BUY IT!!!

    Favorite Trail:Bally Track/Possum's
    Duration Product Used:3 months
Purchased At:Came stock on my STP0, from Spearman Cycles
Strengths:Solid feeling, almost Landcriuser like air of indestructibility, looks quite nice, full compression still gives you a bit of slack to play with, unlike RST Gillas. Great all-rounder.
Weaknesses:At full decompression, this thing is still pretty damn hard. A long way from plush. Rebound adjuster falls out if you forget to remove it and I'm not paying $20AU for a fancy-pants allen key.
Similar Products Used:RS Judy C, DJ 2s and 3s, RST Gilla
Bike Setup:Stock 08' STP0 with Minion fronts instead of Holly Rollers.
Bottom Line:This is a great fork for DJ bikes with an eye for a bit of trail work. Motion control does have a noticeable effect, as does the rebound adjust, just remember that red adjust knob is an Allen key that WILL fall out if you leave it in. The fork is a bit on the stiff side, but that may be due to the fact I weight 60kg and the fork is probably set up for someone a lot heavier. I use it mainly for light DH, trails and the odd stuff around on the street. It's a great fork, and despite my ineptitude on a bike, all I've managed to do is scratch the lowers slightly.
A great all-rounder, would heartily recommend.

Strengths:Light in comparison to other forks similar, look good, great adjustability, and good for all round use
Weaknesses:steerer bends too easily, rebound adjuster gets lost easily
    Similar Products Used:Dirt Jumper 1's
Bike Setup:NS Bikes suburban, halo, dmr
Bottom Line:Good forks for almost any purpose, wouldnt reccoment for biiig trail riders, mine bent recently from not that big of a crash, and cant get new ones on warrenty.

Strengths:Rebound/Compression feels awesome. Adjustments awesome. Can completely mod the fork how ever you like it, awesome. Doesnt have that stupid end cap on the steer tube like pikes do so you CAN run a head lock on the argyle.
Weaknesses:Comes with a rockshox sweat wrist band, but doubles as a coozie.
Similar Products Used:Gold Label 2, PIKE series
    Bike Setup:BLK MRKT/ATOMLAB
Bottom Line:awesome. I immediately opened up my fork and by adding spacers to the spring side compression rod (spacers fit under the top out spring) and dropped the fork to 70mm. Cut the original preload cap and added a few spacers to make it stiff at 70mm. Rebound/Compression untouched and its the best fork I've ridden in a long time. Very adjustable for all kinds of riding.

    Similar Products Used:argyle 409,gold label
Bike Setup:norco havoc with single speed conversion, argyle 318,s-type and mx-2
Bottom Line:this fork is amazing...it works good for almost anything you throw at it..drops,jumps,trails,street riding and park. and with the ajustments it feels like 2 forks in one. If you are thinking of buying this fork then you won't be dissapointed.

Strengths:Everything actually, weight, looks, the damping is smooth, the maxle 360 system is wonderful and it's easy to adjust.
Weaknesses:The rebound adjuster is located at a pretty dangerous place(under the right leg) The fork sounds rather weird when its compressed, it's clicking.
Similar Products Used:the whole Mz dirtjumper serie, junior t, manitou stance static
Bike Setup:Identiti dr jekyll, halo sas, deity components.
Bottom Line:Overall this fork is lovely! Better then all the other dirt forks i've ever tried still the rebound adjuster is a pretty sketchy factor. If you're thinking of buying it, do it! you won't get dissapointed.

    Price Paid: $300.00
    Purchased At:Bike King
Strengths:It's not that awful green of the 409. Fork is stiff. Maxle is very easy to use. Finally a 100 mm thru axel from rockshox. Easy to tune. Metal knobs.
Weaknesses:The wrist band that came with it is too small.
Similar Products Used:Rockshox Pike Team, Rockshox Psylo, Marzocchi DJ2, Marzocchi Z1, Fox Vanilla RLC 130.
Bike Setup:2005 Kona Cowan, 2007 Rockshox Argyle 318, Shimano Saint Crankset, SS.
Bottom Line:Great fork, it is definitely the fork I've been waiting for for quite awhile now. Awsome fork, seems to be very versatile. Happy with how it rides, very smooth fork.

Strengths:Strengths? Everything. Feels super good, has all the adjustments you need (the preload adjustment is unreal), and the maxle 360 is my best friend.
Weaknesses:Eh, the color options, and the super long rebound adjuster makes me a bit nervous.
    Similar Products Used:Marzocchi DJ 3
Bike Setup:DMR trailstar, Transition Revolution wheelset, etc.
Bottom Line:Sweet dirt jump fork. Assuming it holds up, I'll love it.
