Strengths:
NOTHING
Weaknesses:
After only 30 miles of singletrack it started making this HORRIBLE snapping noise every time it would go to engage into a bump in the trail. It sounded like it could blow up at any time. Rock Shox's parent company SRAM rebuilt it for me because it was under warranty but it didn't seem to help. I wouldn't trust this fork!
Similar Products Used:

Bike Setup:
05 KHS Comp ST
Bottom Line:
Don't be fooled, I wasn't doing any type of biking that this fork couldn't handle. Very easy simple singletrack trails. BUT I had the previous year 04 Judy TT and I rode that fork maintenance free for about 4 years and it was wonderful. They must have just had a bad year in 05.
DON'T BUY THIS FORK!
SRAM even said I shouldn't expect much from the low end forks BUT NO FORK SHOULD MAKE SNAPPING NOISES AND HESITATE OVER BUMPS AFTER ONLY 30 MILES OF RIDING!
So look at it this way SRAM doesn't even trust this fork!

Strengths:
It sorta held my front wheel to the bike.
Weaknesses:
sloppy, weak fork that either bobs like crazy or does nothing for you. Broke very easily! CRAPPY WARRANTY SERVICE!
Similar Products Used:
Many many lower and higher end forks
Bike Setup:
full xt on a norco sasquatch
Bottom Line:
I got this fork cause my old one was getting old, now the old one's back on the bike (good ol' Marzocchi). I was under the impression the judy line would be good enough to withstand a bit of trail abuse. After spending tones of cash upgrading the springs and oil so that it would fit me I took a small foot drop in the trail, very clean and the bushings blew out and the internals got all damaged. Nobody would cover me even tho the fork was less than 5 months old. I've riden that trail/ drop hundreds of times with cheaper older forks and they were always fine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ROCK SHOX.

Strengths:
Cost £90 (v cheap). I weigh 175 pounds & they don't bottom out. I'm no dirt jumper but do some serious XC drops & it handles with ease. I beat all my mates who have more expensive shocks. Very stiff but reacts well to the hits.
Weaknesses:
None yet. Although I did snap the pre-load but that was my own fault for trying to turn it when it already reached it's limit (I was turning wrong way). Even that was replaced easily with a few quid.
Bike Setup:
light hardtail
Bottom Line:
Bl00dy great ! I've only sampled other, more expensive forks but really cannot say that they were better !
