The only possibility for actually getting a moneys worth out of this wheel is if you do not ride often and or that aggressive. Although i did buy them used, within 2 to 3 months of having these wheels i broke oodles of spokes and manages to but the cassette body as well. So bottom line, if you ride occasionally or your not too hard on your bike go for it, it should last you a decent amount of time. If you are the complete antithesis of this, save your money drop it on something nice like a good set of shimano hubs or mavic crossland's which i heard i pretty damn good wheels for the buck.

XTR dérailleurs, XT dual controls, race face dues, xtr hubs laced to mavic 3.1 tubeless rims
Bottom Line:
These rims are cheap, which if you ride occasionally thats ok. But if your riding more than 3 times a week, your better off saving you money for something that can handle the abuse. Within 10 rides i had broken 4 spokes and blew out the cassette body. So if your a weekend warrior, go for it, you shouldnt have any problems, but if your thinking about serious riding get something nice.

Rear wheel only. Solid, feels strong, and can take abuse.
Weaknesses:
Instead of bearings, I'm sure they have used gravel. I sent the wheel back to Cambria (for $30 shipping) and they preformed the "repair." It still sounds like hell. Seems to work ok.

Bottom Line:
I can't recommend this thing. It will last me long enough to buy a full suspension but if I have to listen to the gravel sound when I perform maintenance any longer...I'm gonna take a hammer to it.
Try anything at a compariable and it will probably be just a good.
Oh yea, thank you Cambria. Now I know why I will always buy from my LBS and screw the pretty prices online (I spent 25% of the cost on shipping...for nothing!).

32 spokes. OCR rims allow for stiffer & stronger wheel. Front Skraxle hub is megastiff. LIGHT for a super wheelset.

Bike Setup:
Used three diff sets on 5 bikes! Hardtails and up to 5" (120mm) full suspension bikes.
Bottom Line:
Wheels are excellent for aggressive XC riding, All-Mountain, and if you're a lightweight you can probably get away with some FreeRide.
These have been the most successful wheels for me in the past 7 years since I began mountain biking. I have had 3 different sets (black, red, and anodized blue) to match my bikes. They are not the lightest, but they are as strong as most wheels that are 100-300g heavier. There are three highlights: 1) the easy-to-keep-tuned 32-spoke lacing per wheel, 2) OCR's (off-center rims) making the disc braking stiffer, also making the wheel more naturally balanced (less truing required!) and stronger/stiffer, and 3) the hubset is super durable and easy to maintain. The front skraxle (14mm thickness) is a super bonus that makes the steering really stiff but keeps off the extra weight of a 20mm hub/fork system.
These wheels came out years ago now, but they are still being manufactured and sold. Why fix or change something that is already so well made? Exactly :) Way to go, Tom Ritchey and the folks at Ritchey ProLogic! It's because of impressive bike parts like this that I have gone to Ritchey parts for my road bikes and am still finding the same level of quality and value.

This review is for the 20 mm front wheel only Great roller must be the oversized bearings, light but strong, still true after much abuse, brass nips but otherwise all black. Deeper rim so mounting tires is easy.
Weaknesses:
Its a narrower rim so can't really run anything over 2.35
