    Date Reviewed: December 29, 1999
    Favorite Trail:
    Flat creek ranch
    Duration Product Used:
    1 Year
    Strengths:
    Wieght
    Weaknesses:
    Ability to hold air
    Similar Products Used:
Salsa, Specialized super light Air-B latex
    Bike Setup:
    98 M2 S-Works.
Bottom Line:Worked acceptable in front tire, but wasn't an option for the rears as it would only hold air for <1 ride.

Submitted by G MAN a Downhiller from Portland, OR
    Date Reviewed: October 5, 1999
    Favorite Trail:
    Any cliff
    Duration Product Used:
    3 months
    Strengths:
Has a threaded valve stem to avoid pull thru which was why I bought them over other lights.
    Weaknesses:
    The entire tube!
    Similar Products Used:
    Air-B, Vittoria ultra-lights, Conti
    Bike Setup:
    SC Tazmon
Bottom Line:These got holes in them the first week. Not pinch flats and not punctures - I even checked the rim strip. Just plain mystery holes and these tubes just plain suck.

Submitted by RaverRave a Racer from San Francisco
    Date Reviewed: July 4, 1999
    Favorite Trail:
    Streets of San Francisco
    Duration Product Used:
    6 months
    Strengths:
Light weight, includes Schraeder adapters as valve caps, supposed to weigh 120 grams (didn't weigh them to check -- who has a scale to weigh such things except scientists and drug dealers?
    Weaknesses:
Extremely susceptible to pinch flats, weighs 120 grams.
    Similar Products Used:
    Performance Lunarlite, Torrelli Extralite
    Bike Setup:
Airborne Lucky Strike frame, Manitou SX Ti fork, XT hubs, Sun 0° Lite rims, Velox rim tape, Continental Dual Fighter tires.
Bottom Line:These babys blow! I mean that in every way. They just plain suck. They kept popping, while riding on pavement no less, at anywhere from 60-80 psi. What the hello is up with that? The ONLY way to keep these babies inflated is to prep them by slicing the tube, spraying in some goo, patching them up, and letting the slime do its thing. I would not recommend these tires toanyone for any reason.
