    Strengths:Ritchey Pro OS 2004: Having a lightweight stem with 31.8 diameter gives you stability and durability.

    Strengths:Stiff verticaly and horizontally, dont notice any flex in it. I like how the bolts screw in on opposite sides makes the fork look cleaner.

    Bottom Line:Very nice stem, fairly lightweight, very stiff clean smooth welds, faceplate is open for ease of bar lineup.
