Have owned many mtn bikes and this is the only steel that I've found that rides like carbon
Bike Setup:
Plexus, SID, XT/R, Ritchey
Bottom Line:
As expected from the master, Tom Ritchey, this bike is undeniably incredible! The swept seatstays truly help the bike be more comfortable on long rides. It's light and unbelievably quick. I've never had a bike that climbs or corners better. Fits like a glove. Renewed my faith in Tom's steel bikes. Worth every penny.

Strengths:
Everything but the rear hub
Weaknesses:
Rear Hub
Bike Setup:
Ritchey WCS, 3x8 XTR 12-32
Bottom Line:
This bike is scary fast and carves the trail better than anything I have ridden. The frame is very forgiving and comfortable on long rides (+4 hours) without being too flexy. Only complaint is the rear hub doesn't seem to engage as fast as my old XT, but I like the 0 dish enough to put up with it. I also opted for a 3x8 XTR set-up rather than the stock 2x9.
