Strengths:
This is my first heart rate monitor. I like the functionality.
Weaknesses:
I received this HRM for Christmas 2008. Two weeks later, the buttons broke off. Polar sent me new buttons, which broke off in 2 weeks. I sent the unit back twice, and the buttons broke off both times. I called service and spoke to Albert. He said that the button become brittle if exposed to Sun Block and suggested that I either do not wear sun block or wear a cloth under the watch. Their new units do not have this problem, but Albert would not let me exchange my defective unit for one where I can use the watch and wear sun block.
